Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations

At Neuneon, each LED neon sign is handcrafted and made to order based on your unique design specifications.
As a result, custom and semi-custom products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.

Please make sure to review your design, size, and spelling before placing your order. If you need changes, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist if production hasn’t started yet.

Warranty
Neuneon will honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 2 years of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Neuneon to process the claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, we will repair or remake the sign within 14 days and ship it to you free of charge. Your warranty will become void if you resell, distribute, make any commercial use of, use to operate a website, or otherwise generate income from the products, beyond personal or company use as permitted under the terms and conditions of this Agreement or other written agreements between you and OBL Group Ltd.

Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Design Fee Policy

A non-refundable £50 design fee applies to all custom design requests. 
This fee covers the time spent on creating digital mock-ups, revisions, and technical preparation before production.

The design fee will be deducted from the final order total if the customer proceeds with the purchase.

If the customer decides not to proceed after the design has been prepared, the £50 design fee remains non-refundable.
